Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineers responsible for selling construction equipment/ machines.

Actively seek to grow the business by working with established accounts
Expanding the new customer base in the region to generate new and incremental business
Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customers
Responsible for the preparation and review of the proposal
Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
Utilize Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts
Expand Concept’s market via new account relationships and business development efforts
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers on all skill levels
Gather market information
Strengthen relationship with customers
Technical Products Support and Customer’s follow-up
Improve customer awareness of the products and services offered/ after sales
Supervision of pre-delivery inspections for products
Regular products check-ups and inspections supervision
Organizing company products exhibitions
Follow-up on enquiries and quotations

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or other related areas
Minimum 5 years of experience with in sales of the construction equipment/ machines
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Well developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Marketing & market planning knowledge
Ability to travel
Ability to function independently and deliver results
Strong interpersonal skills, time management, problem solving, and customer service skills are required
